Click on Backup and Sync icon on the task tray, and then click on the three-dot Menu.

The client will repeat the entire setup sequence again every time you add a new account.

Theres a problem.

I wanted to add separate folders for my wifes account.

Any other folder I create for my wife is rejected as not writable.

Kindly advise if theres a way out of this.

You should confirm the folder Property by comparing with Documents or Pictures.

If you dont see the cause, as a last resort just copy Documents or Pictures and empty it.

I clicked on the three dots, and added an account, but after I sign in it just says welcome and I cant get to the next steps.
